Hell of a season for Jeter. Ends up with a .297 average after everyone thought that he was finished. I'm probably the only person not surprised that he had a resurgence this season.

Hit .292 in July, .387 in August, and .314 in September.

Let's carry the hot hitting into October Jeet.

Could really use a big right handed bat in the off-season, but I don't expect the Dolans to do anything to add to the payroll.. Mike Napoli would be perfect.

I could care less about their reasoning for letting Tampa win, I know why I'm happy about it if it happens though. Hopefully the Red Sox game doesn't end because of the rain and the Orioles put a couple on the board.
