Tigers got one of the best lineups in baseball, it really doesn't matter who gets more at bats than the others lol. As long as Inge's bum ass and whomever is at 2b is at the bottom of the lineup, it's all good.

the 3rd hitter for you has gotten 72 more at bats than the 4th hitter

that means there's a higher chance at the end of a game that the 3rd hitter will be the final chance
i'd rather have one of your big boppers, especially miggy, over DY

17 RBI's in 20 games?
Hardly struggling Mexi.

I understand he isn't getting on base lol. But he is hitting the ball well right now, and we are winning games.
Until he stops hitting, and not producing, and the team struggles, then I'll worry.
But since Delmon has been put in the lineup, we are clearly a better team.

Getting RBIs/timely hits, is not a skill, it all depends on where you bat in the lineup.. If you hit in the middle of the order, you're bound to get RBIs.

I mean, you can dissect the stats whatever way you'd like, but coming from a Tigers fan, we are CLEARLY a better team with Delmon on the squad.
I have no reason to lie about this lol.

As long as the offense keeps doing what it is doing, I have absolutely no problem with the way the lineups are.... That's the least of my worries right now...

Yeah, last thing I'm worried bout right now is the lineup construction.
Worried bout getting the pitching.

you guys were fine without him man

the real reason you guys are rolling right now is because Avila and Cabrera have been on fire since the break

they should move up in the lineup
your wasting extra ABs for them

Probably would of been fine without him, but he has helped the team.
Especially now with Boesch out for the season.

I too would like more ABs for Avila, but that isn't going to happen, and we are still playing good ball without it. So I ain't going to worry bout it.

Young has a .280 AVG and an OBP of .282. That's kind of rare lol.

I'm not worried about the offense or the lineup... I'm worried about the pitching.. Whose to say that's what it will be come playoff time?? Things can change, but if things are working there's no sense in making changes.

Won't have to worry about the Tigers in the playoffs after Grady Sizemore goes into a Barry Bonds hot streak when he returns off the DL monday and carries the Indians to a division title..

x2, from the other team in the AL East

Although, the Yanks can probably beat Texas. The way our pitching has been, im not so sure. We can beat Detroit fairly easily tho, compared to Texas.

the Playoffs arent even fun tho if there isn't a Red Sox/Yankees ALCS.

Just like last time he came off, he will probably start super hot then suck for the rest of the season. If Zeke wasn't absolute retarded at bunting/baserunning/fielding, I would rather have him in the lineup.

Team is winning, but i'd like to see Cabby batting 3rd and Avila moved up. Those two have been on fire, not just now but basically all year, and giving them more at bats is never a bad thing. Especially for Cabby.

Game time soon. I know we wont score nearly as many as last night, but no matter if we score 30 runs or 1, if it's a win, i'd be fine with it.
