I meant 8 home runs total for Huff now on the year.Who are they all? I know Jason Giambi, Carlos Quentin, Corey Hart, Jose Bautista, Carlos Beltran and Aubrey Huff.
Haha oops. Yeah, he had 4 in the 1st 2 months, now he has 4 in the 1st two days of June. Ridiculous.I meant 8 home runs total for Huff now on the year.
Penny vs Peavy will be a scary match-up. As long as the Tigers come out on top, I don't care how close it is.I'm not all that worried about them. I mean I know they will be a pain, like the Twins. Even though that was a sweep. Tigers just dominated the White Sux the first time around, and I know they aren't the same team they were at that time, but it did happen. I see a series win. Andy Oliver will hopefully be on it. I'm excited to see the Verlander vs. Jackson match up. Penny vs. Peavy has be curious. It originally was supposed to be Danks, but they made it Peavy now, which I understand. I'd expect some more close ones, like the Twins series.
Indians are 3-0 against the Tigers and still in first.. But I guess you're rightShould be interesting to see what the Tigers pull off against the White Sox. They'll have to be on their game. I'm more worried about the White Sox then I am the Indians.
The White Sox are a more proven team. This has came out of nowhere for the Indians, nobody knows if they will keep this up or not. Now everyone knows Chicago's track record, they are good pretty much every year. Also, all three games came down to a 1 run game. First game went extra innings and Detroit gave it away by giving up a grand slam, then the following day they lost 3-2 and then on Sunday they lost 5-4 so I'm not worried about it. Detroit was very competitive with them and the games could have gone either way. Still a long ways to go with a ton more games against the Indians.Indians are 3-0 against the Tigers and still in first.. But I guess you're right
Well, I would argue that it wasn't out of no where.. We improved last year from the 2009 season, with a lot of young guys. Our team ERA was top 3 in ERA I think in the second half of last year. The Indians had the youngest team in the MLB going into the year, and the young guys are starting to enter their prime.. The Indians might be a year ahead of schedule but they have the talent, and they're all starting to enter their prime. If Choo was actually hitting we would be even better..The White Sox are a more proven team. This has came out of nowhere for the Indians, nobody knows if they will keep this up or not.
