Tigers gotta treat tomorrow like a game 5/7, do or die IMO.

Good stuff Tigers. All of the pressure is on the Yankees right now, they don't have a game to lose. I worry about Rick Porcello as well, I think the Yankees will hit off of him pretty well, but I hope the Tigers can do the same against Burnett. I think there's going to be some runs scored tomorrow night. I want the Tigers to close it out at home tomorrow, otherwise things drastically change. Oh well, this was a huge win for the Tigers, Verlander pitched good tonight. Time to stick a fork in them tomorrow night, hopefully.

Hopefully it does, would be a good feeling knocking the Yankees out of the playoffs. Hopefully Rick Porcello pitches a good game and the offense does enough to win it..

i think everyone other than cheato is calling slugfest tomorrow
including me

if it comes down to valverde at the end though, you never know
he's thrown a ton of pitches past 2 days, and i assume they'd use him again tomorrow

i cant wait.
tomorrow is going to be great

speaking of slugfest, dbacks are screwed
they better hope Marcum doesnt have it, because Collmenter is awful

he's a guy that can stifle you for a game, but the next times you see him you kill him
brewers sucked against him twice this year, but braun didnt play

i expect them to sweep tomorrow

Hopefully pitching in the play-in game a few years ago on the road will let his nerves be a bit on the lower side.

He pitched real well against them earlier this year. 7 innings, 2 runs.

Comerica Park was sure rocking tonight, I knew it would be. Got the Tigers doing well, Lions doing well and I'm sure with hockey season starting up, the Red Wings will be strong as well. Detroit is alive and well right now, good to see.

if it comes down to velverde tomorrow im gonna be scared as shit. hes been so good but these past two nights have been hell. jv even said that the number of his pitches is looking a bit rough. nonetheless, homer glasses off; i see the tiggs winning it. gonna be close though.

I hope they do and think they can but I surely can't say they are going to win or lose, I really don't know, but I hope they win.

I can say that I believe the words of Valverde that it's ending in Detroit. That's my hope and I have confidence that we can pull that off. I'm having confidence in Rick the Kid for Game 4. Be some pressure on him, obviously, but he can come up big. Both pitchers are either or, and you never know what you'll get. I have a feeling we'll get the good porcello.

Did I not just admit that K-Rob got an incredibly generous call on his strikeout before saying that we're even?
I was back and forth in arguments with you and a friend of mine whose a yankee fan so I missed that at bat, which is why i missed what you said.

And i also walked away from both arguments last night because if I kept going I think would have had a stroke.
