the top 24 voted players go in a pool. the two highest ranked players(one for east, one for west) then draft their teams.

id love that.

or however the nhl did it. assuming thats something like it.

Yeah, I think players picking the team like the NHL would be really cool. They could televise it and I bet lots of people would watch.
