Rose would average 10 dimes with D12 and if they got a NBA quality 2-guard next to him.

There is no chance the Lakers get Paul AND Dwight.

Who the heck do they have with value outside of Pau and Bynum???? I don't see them being able to offer enough for either player.

Also Deron Williams said there is a 90% chance he resigns with NJ. (I said he'll probably resign)

i dont know who you're trying to fool

semantics anyways

like if someone calls Joakim Noah a star and another person gets pissed
(lol did i explain that right?)
Apparently I'm trying to fool you.

If someone called Noah a star, my initial response would be that they need to get their head check, so no, you didn't explain that right lol

i go by name value

if a lot of people know you and your good, you're a star

you guys are looking at it technically

like if some TV show introduced DFish as "NBA star Derek Fisher", i wouldnt think anything of it

TV shows introduce every athlete as a star of their sport.

lmao im rambling
just keep reading over and over and maybe you'll understand me

Still not enough for Paul AND Dwight.

And everyone has their own definition of star...who cares.

They are great players, but I don't think there is a combination of any of them that is good enough to reel in Dwight or CP3.

Certainly not both, anyway.

Doesn't matter how good Bynum is when he's only healthy for around 60 games a year

yeah i know

the only way i could see something happening for both is if the lakers take gilbert or hedo with dwight

thats assuming the hornets take bynum and odom

lol this is so ridiculous

Bynum and Odom aren't great.. I don't care what you think Bynum can do on a team that doesn't have Kobe. Odom is a super role player. I'm probably not giving him credit, but I look at him as that. Versatile, if needed he could play 4 positions, but not great.

Could always throw in NBA star Steve Blake though to get deals done.

imo, you dont have to be an all-star to be great (though odom is an unofficial all-star)

guys like Steve Kerr, Derek Fisher, Bobby Jackson, Wes Matthews, etc are great players

You're throwing around "great" too much. When people hear great they think of the top tier of players.

anyways, how about some BREAKING NEWS

NBA teams can't sign free agents until Friday, but the Lakers met with Kapono and were close to a deal for one or two years and about $1.3 million annually.
