mo wouldnt get waived, i dont think. billups will probably be their first plan and gilbert will likely be their backup plan. but trying to sign both would be smart insurance for them.
While Baron Davis has left Cleveland to have his back examined, a source says it is likely that he is waived by the Cavaliers -- either via buyout or amnesty -- and that he ends up signing with the Knicks.
But Davis may not be available to play for a while due to a bad back.
Jamal Crawford has a two-year, $10 million offer on the table from the Pacers. The deal includes an out after the upcoming season.
The Wolves are also very interested in signing Crawford, while the Knicks, Blazers and Kings remain in the picture.
The Knicks are only offer a $5 million for two seasons.
