I would encourage anyone who feels they deserve the award to make a case for themselves, and for everybody to wait to hear said cases before casting your vote. The more discussion/debate we get in this thread, the better.

While you can make a case for yourself, you cannot vote for yourself.

Voting will close when the playoffs start.

While it's not an official rule, I'm going to make an open statement that I'm not going to ever vote for a GM over the hard cap. And brack had my vote before that. Others can do as they wish, just throwing that out there.

I made the necessary additions Traded for Hump..added Brown and Beverly in FA... To go from 10th last yr to 5th seed in East... Tweaked my DC after sharing is caring was achieved and finished 27-6...including a complete destruction by 40 over the almighty Wolves..

Probably not gonna win, but I was able to trade Tim Duncan, a 35 year old on a huge contract who nobody really wanted. I got Granger and Varejao back, two starters who transformed my team and set us up better for the long run without losing anything in the present (I think we had the exact same record as last year). I also pulled Travis Outlaw off the scrap heap at the start of the season and he's been a nice bench piece for us.

Wow voting was all over the place.
 
Also sucks only 14/29 GMs voted. I feel we need to do more check-ins or something. People shouldn't be missing playoff DCs, GMOTY votes, other things...etc.
