well the rams did need a qb, they released bulger. but they probably could have gotten more in a trade, should have taken all of clevelands picks for the 1st like what was rumored.

Pre-release they didn't need a QB -- I like Bulger a lot, and it would have been smart to do that but the Rams GM is a total moron.
