I can really see the Tigers winning the central with the 3 starters that they have. The only trouble would possibly be the Twins. But for some reason I dont think this year their great fundamental baseball will be good enough.

If Galarraga can return back to his old self, it's pretty much a lock.

Hopefully Dombrowski can get us another starter or bat though for the long run.

7-2 Phillies. I think its too late for a comeback. Especially against Chan Ho Park......

Mariano Rivera is the best closer in MLB hands down while Broxton has blown two saves already. The real top two teams in MLB are the Red Sox and Yankees easily.

Rodney hasn't blown any ;)

But I read this article, it said the Tigers were VERY close to trading David Wells for Mariano Rivera in like 1997. It was almost complete I think.
Gosh, what would of been :/

lol 1 save is no big difference.

when Brox blew both saves, i think he ended up winning 1, mayb e 2.

every other stat is in his favor though.
Mo is better all-time and if i wanted a closer for 1 game i'd take him, but Ox has been the best this season

That was back when Rivera was more of a starter than a closer.

The good news is the Marlins are going to lose, the bad news is the Braves are going to win.....

This division just got bunched up a little more......

4 teams within 2 games of each other nearing the All-Star break......

Yay....... <_<

So the Indians are up 15-3, I think I'll wet my pants.

Tight game in Boston, and Ramon had to blow it.

We're drawing ever nearer to the very top of the AL East where we belong...

Wang works a scoreless 1st inning only giving up one hit. Too bad I won't be able to watch more of this as I have to leave for a bit.
