Shouldnt he worry about his pitching more than the run support he's getting? I dont think Zito is known for not getting run support. And I dont think thats the problem anyways because Lincecum and Cain are bad ass and they play on the same team as Zito. You know what I didn't know?
Zito is 100-6 with 4+ runs of support. The Giants can barely get 3...I THINK WE FOUND THE PROBLEM GUYS
Yea and you absolutely think stats are pointless. So for once I am agreeing with you, that stat doesnt mean anything to me. He is an over-paid, under-productive, slow fastball pitcher.Cain didn't have as many W's as Zito last year because of the 2 runs of support he got every game
Lincecum is just a monster
But really...you live for stats so tell me that doesn't mean something
Yes, but how many of those wins were when he was with Oakland. You said it yourself that the Giants give him no run support so most of those wins had to come with the A's who were a great ballclub when he was there. To add to that point, he was also very good at that point in his career.I think stats don't tell the whole story
But Zito's 100 W's don't lie. A 94 W differential is ALOT
That's why his next scheduled start is being skipped. Don't worry, we'll shut the Jays up very soon.Wang is a monster his ERA is just ridiculous lol
