I actually hate Rays for some reason...maybe I'm jealous they turned it around and the Royals didn't. Last year I didn't have a team I was cheering for, year before Rockies. This year I need to wait to see who gets in.

I have never commented on Mark Shapiro and the draft. I actually don't really pay any attention to the draft. The MLB draft falls during the season, untelevised, a zillion rounds & none of the players drafted are guaranteed to even sign with the drafting team...much less make any impact on their club for years.

His last 7 games have been so hawt. (14/26, .538 BA, 2 HR, 10 RBI, 5 2B)

And Royals have only won 1 of those games <3

Also has a .348 BA, 5 HR, 19 RBI post AS break
