I am sick to my stomach from all the <Censored> I saw today from Eric Wedge and our bullpen. Just a typical day from them. Cliff Lee gives them a 5 run cushion and they blow it. Just so happened the Cubs won on a one hop soft hit that went in the opposite direction it was headed towards. If I was Cliff Lee I would demand a trade.

Anyway, we have a 7-4 lead with 2 outs in the bottom of the 8th inning and Eric Wedge goes out to get Rafael Perez who has a 12 ERA, with batters hitting over .400 against him. First off, why the <Censored> is this guy still on the major league roster, second off. YOU HAVE A 10 MILLION DOLLAR CLOSER WHO I'M SURE CAN GO 4 OUTS TO PRESERVE A 3 RUN LEAD. And the Cubs get a couple hits off Perez to make it a 1 run game. And then with still 2 outs Wedge goes out to get Matt Herges.... He ended up getting the out but what the <Censored> is he thinking. But Wood goes out in the 9th to give up the tying homer. If Rafael Perez is still on this roster by tomorrow I'll freak. and if Wedge is still managing this team by the All-Star break I'll freak out even more.

Ugh, Royals scored 1, but had the bases loaded, 2 outs, 3-2 count, and Jacobs hits a bad pitch to centerfield for an out

Royals have to score 2 runs in the 9th to keep the game going and avoiding a 4 game losing streak after having a 4 game winning streak

At least Valbuena is having a good series. Had one homer going into the series, hit one yesterday and then hit two today. All 4 of his homers in Chicago Ballparks.

banny's on a roll, 86 pitchers after 8 innings, retired the last 6 in a row, we score 1 run in the 8th to make it a 2 run game which is dooable, and he brings in Farnsworth who does terrible in pressure situation but looks like Joe Nathan when its like a 5-6 run game. And the Cards score to make it 4-1

BTW Pettitte (double and RBI) and Burnett (single) each got a hit so far in this series.
