FPS isnt a homer.

he called the Dodger sweep on his Metropolitans

not like those Jays fans who disappeared during that losing streak

I tend to be a homer, but I seem to keep it in check pretty well, usually.

Why do you say that? He's not even showing a sign that he had an injury, he's hitting MVP numbers
I meant barring an injury to Longoria. Also...

1) Longoria has shown he can do this for a full season. I wouldn't say the same for Hill. His best season was '07 where he hit .291 with 17 HR and 78 RBI. Good, but not MVP numbers. (I know Longoria's .272 isn't better but he hit more homers, had more RBI, and was a rookie)

2) Longoria is starting to heat up while Hill has cooled. As I showed before, Longoria is posting a averages of .357/.471/.643 [AVG/OBP/SLG] over the last 7 games whereas Hill's are .286/.310/.393

Ok here is my proof during the Dodgers sweep, viewers beware of language, lol.

They should change the mets mascot from Mr.Met to "man left on 3rd."

GIVE ME A <Censored>ING BREAK! Why do you put Ramon Martinez at SS? The guy is GARBAGE. Can someone get a clutch hit? Is it too hard to get a <Censored>ing hit when needed?

Congratz Mexi on the sweep, this game is over.
Im going to bed, its late, lol. Cant wait for tomorrows game at 10pm EST...... lol.

'62 Mets were loveable losers.

Now we're just losers......
This team has no fundamentals. When you round 3rd, you flip the corner up, you should be able to push off of it. This game had '62 Mets written all over it..... It wouldve fit right in. We just cant play any defense, its HORRIBLE. I wonder when they are going to get it......

This is just sooo bad, its not even funny...... good teams make the plays and the catches. Good teams STEP on 3rd. My grandma can step on 3rd!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Being a mets fan is like an abomination, I swear.

stats may deceive, but they don't lie.

I will admit that though I hate him and his Rays, I love Longoria because he is that good lol

It was nice to see David Price get his 1st win today. I was hoping he would`ve lasted in he other start, but the pitch count racked up like guys at a grand opening of a Hooters.

Yes it is true our colors are due to the dodgers and giants. And btw we're not illgitimate child, lol. More like an abandoned child, lmao.

We use Dodger blue and white with Giants orange and black as our alternate jerseys. And we have the Jackie Robinson rotunda in tribute to the Brooklyn dodgers and because our owner was a HUGE Dodgers fan. We also brought Willie Mays back to Ny, albeit he was passed his prime.

So yea, thanx for stealing our teams.....

Yeah your right, Hill hasn't really proven he can be good till now, but I think he can keep this up. He already has 12 Homers, his career high is 17, he's only 5 away from that, he can have a 30+ HR season at this pace. It definitely should be close between Hill & Longoria at this pace. And If the season ended now, it would be a hard decision between Evan and Aaron, Aaron's average is a little bit higher, has more hits, has only struck out 32 times while Longoria struck out 50 and Aaron's batted about 30 times more. idk. Who would you crown MVP right now?

Miguel Cabrera is the MVP if the season ended today. And to be honest, I would put Carl Crawford as 2nd place.

Never noticed him because he hasn't played any games but checked out his stats right now, and he is on fire. a .414 AVG in 28 games.
