Can Cliff Lee get some run support......

this is getting stupid. And Jake Westbrook wasting the little money that the Indians have.....

Actually most if not all of your comments are retarded and meant to bash teams and bash/underrate them.

Had to pay Westbrook, apparently the Yankees were going to offer him 13 million per season, so he took a small discount, kind of wish he went to the Yankees now so he could be sitting on there DL making a ton of money.

I actually think the Dodgers dont need another starter, as long as the bullpen is good. If the bullpen is crap then yes, lol.

if Hiroki is back to normal, yeah we're good

definitely need a bullpen arm. set-up man would be great

we're doing fine righ now without Manny and with no Hiroki except for opening day.

no team is gonna get a super slugger and a 2/3 starter at the deadline.

I think you are wrong there my friend. Someone in the NL East will get a good starter, you can count on that.

And Troncoso is fine as set-up.

yeah but wouldn't he be better as a 6/7 inning guy?

and sure they might get someone, but they won't get that AND a slugger

It doesnt hurt to see if he works as the 8th inning guy. And imo the 8th inning is the most important role of a solid bullpen.

And if he doesnt work as the set-up man you can always move him back to 6th and 7th innings.

Tigers won tonight. Finally getting the better of the Orioles. Luke Scott got another homer, 5 in 3 games of this 4 game series, but Zumaya struck him out his last at bat, and he didn`t seem, none to happy about it.

Clete Thomas with 2 Homers, and Grandy with 1 in the game.

Verlander did good, until later on, allowing that Homer by Scott to tie it at 3. He only had 5 K`s, but got the 5-3 win because Perry, Seay, and Zumaya blanked the O`s the rest of the way.

Jackson is up tomorrow in hopes of splitting this 4 gamer with Baltimore. Hopefully, stopping Luke Scott`s bat as well.

i know, but then who goes back to 8th?

i like Troncoso, but I would like him better as a 7th inning guy

we can really use another arm in the pen
