Good win for the Tigers, they needed it after starting off 0-2, I'm still happy even though we lost as the Yankees lost. HAHAHA. Yankees aren't doing good..
Called it, although it's kind of early lol

Yankees up 7-2 in the bottom of the 6th. Burnett is having a very solid outing. Both Tex and Nick Swisher have went deep.

Kyle Davies :eek:

Royals starting pitching is insanely good.

Meche= 7 IP, 1 ER, 7 H, 6 K, 0 BB
Greinke= 6 IP, 0 ER, 3 H, 7 K, 3 BB
Davies= 7 IP, 0 ER, 3 H, 8 K, 2 BB

Sadly our offense is pitiful.

0-0 in the top of the 8th

And we face the Yankees tomorrow and we have Ponson and Horacio Ramirez going 2 of those games so I know the Yankee fans I know will be BSing, but our top 3 pitchers <3

Good thing the season is a marathon and not a sprint.

lol white sox - royals series has been embarrassing for people who like offense

White Sox won first game 4-2 (3 runs came on 1 HR by Thome against Farnsworth in 8th)
Royals won second game 2-0
And this game is 0-0 heading to the 9th inning

Swisher's been tearing it up today. 5 RBI's via a two run double and a three run HR. 11-2 Yankees.

Damn, I missed Romero. Looks like he had a pretty good game though.

Early Red Sox offense observations:

From nj.com

Varitek will continue to be a black hole.

Ortiz will see his slugging % approach the pre-roid era.

Pedroia: the fastest to bald I've ever seen. Sure, he's in the majors (and raking, at that) & I'm posting on the internet, but at least I have a hairline that hasn't receded like a stream in the Sahara.

The two-headed monster of Lowrie/Lugo will strike fear in the heart of no one.

Mike Lowell looks 50.

It was no secret why they went so hard after Teixeira: they're aware their offense is aging in key areas, and Manny's not around to save the day.

OH EM GEE....I wish this guy did observations for all sports.

All ignorance and joking aside, I seem to recall both Varitek hitting a homer on Tuesday.
