I really don't think that going only 7 innings is a problem. Yes, he doesn't have many complete games, but he still pitches very effectively through seven usually. In fact, he usually dominates through seven so therefore if the bullpen is at least decent, getting a win is not usually a problem. Brian Wilson is 8 for 10 in save opportunities this year...not bad.There's a reason he gets so many ND......it's because he tries to K everyone instead of conserving. That's why you never see him going usually more then 7 innings. I mean he's got like 1 or 2 complete games his entire career right?
Great pitcher, but he needs to learn to conserve and get more innings and not throw out his arm going for 15 K's a game
Greinke is about to be 7-1 in 8 games, no ND, because he pitches 7 or more starts every game
