I wonder if we would run Artest at the 2 or LeBron at the 2, or even Artest at the 3 and LeBron at the 4.

Ron at the 2 would be best IMO, and maybe start Hickson at the 4?

I doubt Hickson is ready for that. Also he is still having back problems that he had last year.

But I'm willing to bet the Lakers are going to offer the MLE as well. So we'll find out, does he want to play with Kobe or with LeBron and Shaq?

Cleveland is making a hard push for Ariza, and the Cavaliers' coaching staff was speaking with him on Wednesday. While Cleveland can only offer the mid-level as well, Ariza's disappointment with the Lakers' stance has moved other suitors ahead of his current team.
Not a huge fan of Ariza but I would LOL if we got him away from the Lakers.

I heard that Toronto dropped from the running for Hedo Turkoglu... We were going to overpay him but why drop out?

Everyone is ready to pronounce the cavs champions already, just like everyone hyped up Artest to the Rockets last year. We will see what happens but I still don't see the Cavs winning it all.

Nobody has pronounced them the champs. Orlando is just as good imo.

Well if the Cavs are pushing for Ariza that leaves Artest to sign with LA.

TYO thats cuz you know what your talking about

I hear people already trying to say that the season is over and we might as well not play it. Put artest on the Cavs and I still take the Magic, Celtics, Lakers and Spurs over them.

I wouldn't say that, but it will leave them with either Artest or LeBron playing out of their true position.
Right now and maybe even if Cleveland gets Artest Orlando has the better bigman. And if LA ends up with Artest and LO or just Artest they are still the best team.

Mavs were pushing for Artest last year in FA...and we lost out to Houston.....but I doubt we have a chance this year.

TBH wow, where is Houston gonna go?

Is Aaron Brooks going to be the best player on that team next year?

If Boston gets Rasheed I'd take them over Orlando and Cleveland.

The Pistons now turn their attention to re-signing forward Antonio McDyess, but they'll have competition from the Cavaliers, Celtics and Spurs.

"We are in the process of evaluating our options and will make a decision shortly," McDyess' agent, Andy Miller, wrote in a text message to The Associated Press.
I doubt he would want to come back this year, he only has a year or so left in the tank and we wont be fully ready for a few years.
