I've done both. White Sox do have a lot of cool shit for kids and I like how it starts in the big team store with player autographs and almost takes you on a mini-tour of half the stadium.  White Sox also have some dope food options in that park.  
 
I will agree that Miller Park is up there in overall fan experience.  Believe it or not, Cleveland has one of the best kid's areas in an MLB ballpark.  I'm still impressed how great the park is, considering it's age.

The Jake, Progressive, Indians Park, whatever it's called these days I have only seen from the outside on an off day.  One I'd love to see from the inside.
