1st Round Cuts

Because of the impending changes to the salary cap rules, I'm offering all GM's a one-time opportunity to cut any first round picks from the 2016 or 2017 draft on their roster, free of charge. Essentially, this is like declining their team option. They will become unrestricted free agents immediately and you will lose all bird rights.

You can also take the last two years off of any 2018 pick's contract in this thread to. Again, you will lose all birds when this player becomes a free agent by doing so.
