Dude, that play took a mere fraction of second. You are overreacting to the outcome of the play and Burfict's earned history. There's no way that was intentional.
Look, Pittsburgh is better next week than Cincinnati would have been next week, assuming that Ben, Brown, and De all play. Today, Cincinnati was better, but thankfully the team that's better on more days of the season won tonight.
Does that even make sense?
Obvious penalty? Nah. Completely incidental and almost completely avoided by the defensive player. It's up to the refs' prerogative at that point, and they chose to overreact to what happened as opposed to what caused it, which was the speed of the players headed directly at each other. Burfict...
Don't let Burfict's history convince you that that boom boom play where he managed to avoid helmet to helmet contact was intentional. There's just no way he actively meant to graze Brown like that. It looked to me like he attempted to veer and avoid the contact and that definitely should not...

Normally, I don't support firing a coach after two seasons unless he's Greg Schiano bad, but in this case, the Bucs are justified yet again. Lovie's problem is that his schematics are extremely outdated and require far too many perfect-fit pieces. The Tampa 2 is a defense that comes together...
I think Matt Stafford has grown more as a quarterback in the past season than Calvin Johnson has declined. Calvin is a physical freak--we all know that, but Matt Stafford never looked for anybody else a few years ago. Now that he's got a plethora of weapons, Calvin Johnson's declining numbers...
The Giants are the only answer, here. They have begun a foundation. They just need to retool at a few positions along the OL and LB corps, and could use one more pass rusher. These needs can be filled in a single offseason.

Well, since he can play the 3 or 4, let's just call him one of the best players in the league. Also, when was the last time a great 4 owned him? It's not like he goes out and gets dominated by every good 4 he plays against.
There's just no point to this Houston Rockets team. Their superstar refuses to alter his game for the betterment of the team. Their acting head coach is trying to hold everybody accountable but James Harden is above authority, which is just another problem with today's NBA. These 20 and 30...
