I honestly don't think managers have a big impact on wins and losses anyways. Most of their value comes from people management. If a team is talented enough, that team will more than likely see success no matter who the manager is. 

OG is looking like a nice asset for them too but trading him for marc would be tough since he's looking like he could amount to something really good for Toronto. But yeah Jonas doesn't really have a lot of value imo.
