Yeah it's not great but I don't think it's bad. Colouring is okay, and so is the lighting. I think the blur is used well, just watch the colour dodge on his face, as it looks a bit bright and saturated.

I think WWE would still be entertaining if they actually used their best talent in good storylines insteda of <Censored> kickers like Cena. Seriously, why the <Censored> they chose to make this douche the face of their organization I'll never know. He has a move set of approximately five moves...

Bit washed out and bright man. Like others have said, increase the focal, although I'm not convinced that contrast is the best way to go about that.
