I'm not going to deny that he has the freedom to say whatever he wants. But I'm also going to say that the use of gay slurs just promotes the hatred of gays and lesbians in this day and age which I don't find cool.
Kemp is more of the all-around player with his speed but I easily give this to Joey Bats. 7 more homeruns, a bit better avg, 3 less RBIs, 17 more runs, but Kemp has him with speed. Joey also beats him with about 60 points in OBP, and by over 100 in SLG, and OPS. You can't give it to Kemp.
That's true, but I'm sure that's what takes an MVP into consideration a lot of the time as most MVP players are from teams that are from playoff teams. At least from the past 4 years:
