Offensively, you really can't argue that Calderon also wouldn't fit in that system though. Jose has a very good A/T ratio, and is top 5 in the NBA with APG. I'm not saying Chalmers doesn't work for the Heat (they won an NBA championship), I'm just contemplating that Jose could be better or just...
I think he'd excel on a team like the Heat actually. Doesn't need to score because he plays more of a distributional role and the Heat have 3 scorers to go to but like mexi said, he can score when he needs to. He has a shot and he's not bad at driving either. And maybe it doesn't matter so much...
I think Jose Calderon deserves a lot more credit than he already receives. The guy is a beast distributor and he plays with such passion. I don't know why people want him out of Toronto other than him not being the greatest defender. If he stays in Toronto, he'll be great off the bench for us...
I said from the start of that contract that it was an overpayment... being that he used to be with the Jays and all, and he wasn't too good of a reliever for us.
I would prefer myself that the Thunder move back to Seattle and reclaim themselves as the Sonics. It doesn't seem right when other teams come in and claim themselves as the same team. It is what it is though. Just having a team in Seattle would be nice.
Congratulations to CC! I'm sure you'll excel in the spot as I've seen you've been active in the MLB forums... especially this season (I guess with the Orioles winning now and all :P).
Was just about to say he was born in Memphis so it makes sense, but the article already mentioned that. I wonder how great JT's basketball knowledge is. Honestly, I wish he world focus on making another album with Timbaland and the Neptunes :)
Who are the players in the NBA you feel that you can put on any team (no matter how bad they are) and turn that team into a contender with that one player.
For me,
Lebron James is a definite answer. Cleveland totally fell off to last in the conference without him.
Is Kevin Durant that type of...
The Mavericks will likely start to rebuild when Dirk decides he is done. Nets definitely give Deron a faster chance at winning for many years in my opinion.
