Yup. People can die from the smallest concussions just hours later. I'd rather not have him take the chance of hurting himself severely and have him sit out a game or two to ensure he's ready to be back.
Will be going to Indiana for a week so I'm not sure if I'll get internet access at all, I'm just going to guess that I'm not, so just in case anyones wondering.
Don't miss me too much :P
I mean that why I said wins are overrated or otherwise like you said, useless, in the first place. If your team is giving you good run support every night, it's much easier to get the win as a pitcher. I remember when Roy Halladay got little to no run support here in Toronto lol. Now we're one...
You really don't see mediocre pitchers winning 20 games though lol. 20-5 basically shows that he's putting his team in the position to win every night. Not saying you're wrong, but 20 wins doesn't come by easy.

Sure, wins are overrated but it's not easy to get 20 wins nonetheless. Congrats to Verlander and this should help his Cy Young case. I really don't see anyone else coming close enough.
Edit: Title should be fastest!!
Lol I know but we're 21-28 this year against AL East teams while we're actually over .500 against other divisions.
