I couldn't imagine him anywhere else and wouldn't want to see it either. Glad he resigned, though he got a lot; I guess with all he's given the Spurs he may deserve it but it doesn't really help the Spurs when Duncan isn't exactly worth this type of money at the moment.
That's pretty much 19 million a season :o. Griffin just cashed in. On a side note, good job by the Clippers extending their franchise player; I'm sure it wasn't hard.
smh Pugz.
Hamilton has slowed down a bit lately though. I could see Trout winning both MVP and ROY. He's definitely a helluva player. Angels are lucky to have such a guy. He's playing like he's in his prime, and he's probably not even there yet.
I'm really hating these recent super long term contracts since the Kovi one. These dudes are never going to see the free agent market again and its only a big risk for the franchise's that are giving out these contracts.
The Clippers are getting a good deal for Marshon Brooks if that pick is lottery protected. The kid had a great rookie season, and could probably be their SF of the future.
They've got a great core of big men right now. Amare, Tyson, and Camby could make the Knicks a pretty deadly defensive and rebounding team. Good signing. Looks like the Rockets found their point guard in Douglas here; and he will definitely be getting more minutes in Houston.
The Lakers never really had a great distributor, and Nash is known to make EVERYONE around him better. Sure, Nash isn't going to be that great defender but he makes up for it on the offensive end by making everyone better; it will give them more than a couple more PPG.
Lol gotta love how this whole topic has been Pugz and GMF talking about what they're actually talking about.
And yeah, I agree with nola; I expected a team to overpay for him, this is not a bad deal if he's able to put up similar numbers to what he had. Otherwise that 3rd year is going to suck.
Damn, not a bad deal for the Timberwolves at all. I hope Brandon Roy turns out to have a successful season. The wolves have quite a few guards already though, but hopefully he'll get enough minutes to prove to be something valuable.

So yeah, it's definitely going to be a lottery pick. :( That's the catch lol.
