Apparently the Eagles had known that he'd been considering it for several months. It sure seems out of the blue to me.
I'm on mobile. If someone wants to post a link or article, go ahead. Otherwise, I'll update later
With the Draymond Green debate going on, I thought we should discuss playoff suspensions in general. How do you feel about them? Are they necessary or is the league trying to be too disciplinary? If it was up to you, would you allow suspensions?
As for me, I can't stand them and don't think...
No rookies until after the season. Obviously, place Osweiler and not Manning since Peyton retired and would be like #30, anyway.
1. Rodgers
2. Brady
3. Ben
4. Cam
5. Brees
6. Wilson
7. Romo
8. Palmer
9. Eli
10. Luck
11. Rivers
12. Flacco
13. Cutler
14. Ryan
15. Dalton
16. Bortles
17. Stafford...
As a Houston fan, I still want to kick Daryl Morey's ass for getting rid of both of these guys. Which do you think is better and which would you prefer to have on your team as it currently stands?
I think Lowry is better in general, but obviously his current slump doesn't look good. There's...
We've been talking about doing more writing, and I've offered to do so. I hadn't yet found the time to construct something that looks more professional, so I thought I'd throw something together quick that's a bit more raw and passionate. Obviously, if we ever needed these pieces to look more...
Can someone explain to me why a shitty team has continued to get a large number of nationally televised games over these past two seasons?
We pay for our cable or satellite TV. We should be treated to good games and not have some shitty team forced on us again and again. This is obnoxious.
The Edge Goes to:
QB-- not even close
RB-- not even close
WR-- The emergence of Stefon Diggs and the Vikings depth at the position wins out
TE-- With Kyle Rudolph sucking, and MyCole Pruitt only starting to get targets, I give the edge to Quarless/Rodgers
OL-- Their line is more...
1. Patriots (9-0)
A sub-par Giants squad nearly stole this game from Brady and crew, so I expect this to be the worst game New England will play all year. Now, somebody has to pick them off unexpectedly, and with the loss of Edelman and Dion Lewis these past two weeks, I wonder if Buffalo is...
1. Patriots
New England continues to fire on all cylinders, but it's not like they've played much for competition as of yet. Looking at their remaining schedule, I can only see the Broncos and Giants knocking them off, and after those two games, it's a fucking cake walk. After that, they'd have...
1. Patriots
Once again, this annoys me. Thankfully, the Jets showed that the Pats are beatable. Unfortunately, the Jets don't have the offensive firepower to do it, and the rest of the AFC East doesn't have the defense to do it. Somebody please knock this team off.
2. Bengals
Ranking held...
I'll try to pick the interesting games from each day for week long periods. Should make this easier for everybody to partake in.
Tuesday:
Cleveland @ Chicago
NOP @ GSW
Wednesday:
Chicago @ Brooklyn
Indiana @ Toronto
Utah @ Detroit
Cleveland @ Memphis
SAS @ OKC
Minnesota @ LAL
Thursday...
1. Patriots
I know--I hate it, too, but until somebody in the AFC makes them look human, this is how the chips will fall each week.
2. Bengals
Andy Dalton looks like a real, actual NFL quarterback. Who would have thought? The Red Rifle's TD:INT ratio is flat out great right now (something...
Sunday:
Bengals @ Bills
Why We'll be Watching:
Can Buffalo get out of its recent offensive slump, and can its defense do anything to slow down a suddenly prolific Bengals offense? Will loud-mouthed diva WR Sammy Watkins play? There are so many questions surrounding this game that it is...

Staph infections are scary.
Sunday:
Seahawks @ Bengals
Why We'll be Watching:
There's a legitimate chance that the Seahawks' struggles will continue, and I know I'm not the only one interested in seeing that happen. Cincinnati looks like a legitimate contender right now, even with the Red Rifle at the helm. I've even...
Sunday
Texans @ Falcons
Why We'll be Watching:
Julio Jones versus a struggling Texans' secondary is intriguing enough as is, but you factor in a tough 1-2 Houston team looking to stave off a dreaded 1-3 record, and you've got a desperate team looking to remind us that the Falcons' 3-0 record...
