I'm a Bron fan, I don't hide that or act like I root for another team. I root for players over teams, partly because I don't have a local team (or any team close) and also because I don't like rooting for an organization and how people tend to act towards the players when they do.

#1 Player in the 2019 class and possibly all of high school, probably gonna reclassify to 2018 soon and be a top pick in the 2019 draft
True, lower market teams are less likely to pay the tax, but Cleveland is right now. This also has more to do with how the CBA is set up and less to do with how much money is in the league right now.
If KCP were better I imagine the Pistons would have been more willing to offer him the max...
Eh, I don't know. The Heat were doing the best they could to avoid paying the tax when they had LeBron and Micky Arison is one of the wealthiest owners in the league
Nothing you're really saying is making sense. There's more money all around, players get 50% of every dollar generated by basketball revenue the owner/teams get the other half. Every team is making more money so they can afford to pay their players more regardless of the market they operate in...
The cap is directly related to basketball revenue, Memphis is making more money now than they ever did, so yes they would give someone over $200M if that player qualified for that extension/contract. They gave Conley $150M last summer. The cap isn't screwing this up for small market teams at all
Stop hating, Curry's contract is roughly the same as someone signing a 5 year $120M contract like 6 years ago. This money isn't changing anything about the league.
Just cause your team gave Tim Hardaway Jr $71M doesn't mean these contracts are bad for the league
It's not falling either. The cap will continue to grow slowly over the foreseeable future, like the cap had done before the new TV conrtact.
There's also some projections that the cap could be north of $110 Million in a few years
James Harden has made 5 All Star teams, 3 All NBA first teams and just put up 28-12-8, if you're not giving him a max contract someone else will. And yea signing him to an extension is very valuable to the organization
