All of which are extremely convenient events and a case of confirmation bias. If it actually existed you would think it would be consistent, no? Or at least consistent enough to be statistically significant, but it's not because it doesn't exist

Do you understand the concept of momentum and stupidly convenient it is to point out? Tomorrow I'll run through a number of examples to show just how ridiculous it is

Yea, and momentum still doesn't exist

"And the momentum has shifted" (in favour of the Chargers) literally 5 seconds later Denver picks up a 44 yard pass plus a 15 yard penalty. Huh, maybe momentum doesn't actually exist?

I figured Rex would be good at this, he's been really struggling

I know that, but Bradford's ball placement and decision making was impressive from what I was watching

I can't tell if Bradford is actually a pretty good QB or the Saints defense is this bad, because Bradford has been impressive tonight

You gonna provide any intelligent, thought out, reasons why Kaep isn't better than guys like Bortles, Hoyer, etc.?

Also now players have to give cliched answers to questions about Kaep rather than cliched answers about the game? Even when a lot of them are being asked about Kaep now. Doesn't seem like it would really distract from much, it's not like the coach stops film study to ask the players how they...

http://presnapreads.com/2017/07/30/colin-kaepernick-is-better-than-joe-flacco/   that's a guy who analyzes QBs for a living on why Kaep is better than Flacco (or at least was last year)

    2017 NFL Gameday Thread

Why, cause he's a traditional big armed pocket passing QB? Flacco isn't good   You gonna explain what exactly is meant by "distraction" or just hold onto that crutch like everyone else that doesn't want to explain themselves?

Kaep might be better than Flacco, too

I don't watch any ESPN, what? A lot of these arguments I've made are just to counter the lazy arguments made against Kaep, the others are mostly from Cain Fahey who analyzes quarterback play that actually puts some numbers in context. And no RG3 hasn't been good in years and can't even stay on...

I thought the capes would be out for Blake Bortles of all people, the lack of run game has nothing to do with Bortles ability to hit an open receiver. The Jags won yesterday in spite of Bortles who was 11/21 and 125 yards, not to mention his receiving core last year was far superior to...

Kaep is better than any QB on the Jets roster, Scott Tolzien (or Brisett), Bortles, Hoyer (though he was never going back), Glennon (or at least more deserving of a contract than Glennon) and probably on par with Siemian. And he's better than pretty much every single back up in the league.   ...

So is the take about him being a locker room cancer but here we are.   You know the NBA really well, that hasn't seemed to translate over to the NFL from what I've seen this season

He's better than several starting QBs as well as pretty much every backup

If your starting QB is Scott Tollzien it may be a necessary distraction
