Was gonna say this or can anyone to take the penalty shot in the NHL? Because I know in soccer, any person on the field can take the shot so, if that's not the case here, anyone on the team should be able to shoot. That way a 4th liner doesn't have to take a penalty shot.

Well Minny won big in the Burns trade but I think this is a little closer. Havlat can put up comparable numbers to Heatley plus he shows up in the playoffs.
