I think he's using 3d modeling software, so It's not just like a picture, and you can move the view anywhere not sure which software that is tho and cornman made me want to design another stadium :P

wrong I design concept stadiums just for the hell of it also It's kind of fun, especially modeling it in 3d but to address bosox's response, the grass bordering the stands doesn't need to be parallel unless all the fans in the seats will be looking the same way, which wont provide a good view...
