    2018/19 NBA REGULAR SEASON

That was all decided a few weeks ago. Last night was just a PR play.

    2018/19 NBA REGULAR SEASON

Leagues driving force behind forcing the Pels to play AD was them not having to answer questions about a team sitting one of the leagues best players when he was healthy. Once the All-Star game passes there will be much less of a push from the league to play him.

Tonight will be ADs last game as a Pel, kind of bittersweet.

Im interested to see how bosox opinion of him changes when hes a Pel in a couple months.

I think when you get to about 6 everything kind of runs together. There isnt much difference between picking 6th and 12th other than your lottery chances.

I think that would be to many. Most seem to be catching up, but some still have him as the 2nd or 3rd best prospect in this class.

Here's a hot take for you. I've been watching a lot of Zion, he's the best prospect to enter the draft since LeBron.

    2018/19 NBA REGULAR SEASON

Short of AD or Tatum suffering significant injuries, or NY getting the #1 pick, I'd say AD is a guaranteed Celtic.

    2018/19 NBA REGULAR SEASON

Pels and Celtics have an agreement in place on a package for AD barring any unforeseen circumstances.

No, I was referring to something CC said yesterday.

    2018/19 NBA REGULAR SEASON

I knew this was coming a few days ago. Its not the Pelicans, its the league and players association forcing the Pelicans to play him.

Id take Ingram over Tatum long term Funny part of that is CC and Mexi would probably be free to fight over him because nobody else would share that take.

    Marc to Toronto

I think it improves their defense, but he doesn't really move the needle in my opinion.

    2018/19 NBA REGULAR SEASON

Yeah, because him shooting 65% plus from the floor is the new norm. Which has nothing to do with helping the other things hes below average at. The guy can score, but he does little else. Theres a reason the Lakers are so much worse when hes on the court (and the Celtics are so much better...

    2018/19 NBA REGULAR SEASON

Right now. There is a slim chance if you do this rebuild right and make the team attractive you can attract some guys. Youll never be able to attract superstars, but youd certainly be able to attract better players than Brandon Ingram. Unlikely, but I would much rather take the chance then...

    2018/19 NBA REGULAR SEASON

I have a couple reasons, but the main ones are: 1- it would keep the Pelicans on the conveyor belt of 8th seed to late lottery that theyre already on 2- you would have to grossly overpay those young guys, cash strapping yourself 3- those picks would all be late firsts, which arent valuable...

Not to mention I just read that, and we have been beating this dead horse for how many days now? Common sense.
