IIRC, the Pats were planning on using Tate as a return man before the draft and they were hoping he was going to improve in 2010.
And I know that this re-draft is meant to show a player's value, but it would have been much more logical to have the teams at least drafting players that fit needs.
Bradford has a -3.1% DVOA, which is good for 20th in the league.

Also, Bradord is ranked 27th in the league in DYAR, with a DYAR of 390, behind QB's like Garrard, Kitna, Shaun Hill, just to name a few.

The option of signing C.C. ended the moment we signed A-Gon. The Nats are asking too much for Willingham apparently. So Beltran is our fall-back option, but only if we can't sign Maggs at a reasonable price..
