He got kicked off the team in the middle of the 10-11 season for conduct detrimental to the team.

It was a scramble, no way around it being a horrible call. Giving them possession instead of 2 FTs is a lot better

I didn't even have them in the sweet 16.  They had a lot of experience and senior leadership, but they really weren't that talented.
 
It was a really fun season to watch though.  I usually don't really care about college hoops, but it was pretty cool to actually have a rooting interest.
