awesome pick up. He'll do real well in our system, just has to improve on his blocking.

John Clayton at the owners meetings just reported on ESPN that he had an excellent visit with the Saints and it looks like because of slightly more money and better system fit the Saints are most likely to be the landing spot for Nnamdi Asomugha.

I actually was kind of expecting that. I remember hearing people talk about a possible destination for him 1 year ago.

dhb left detroit today with no contract but hes only visited indy and us. with indy having reggie, brazil, and ty, id assume we can offer him a bigger role since hed line up opposite calvin.

call me crazy but i hope he signs here. hed get a ton of looks with doubles on calvin and the reggie threat. nate and broyles in the slots and pett/schef.

I hate these guys who think just because they used to be stars they should still get paid like stars.

Dwight Freeney is worth a $13/2 deal still

His lack of success was from playing OLB. He was still successful when he played some snaps with his hand down last season

Avril pissed off ownership because he wanted more in extension talks. Then when nobody gave him what he wanted, he took top dollar. Could Detroit match? Sure. But he was such an ass that they chose not to

thats not the point. he pissed a lot of people off and his success came from the system and players. we only have around $7M to spend and as "dynamic" as our offense can be, i really want to see us sign dhb to play next to calvin.

we can load up on defense in the draft. i guess we're really high on ziggy now.

yeah you guys are going to take one of those DEs (Ansah or Jordan). And if neither are there, Fisher will be
