Anthony Davis had 11 points in 15 minutes today before he rolled his ankle by stepping on a FREAKING refs foot!

in fairness, Steph curry was way overhyped coming out of Davidson, and overhyped+NY Hype= extremely annoying

Overhyped, no. Everyone was calling him redick and morrison. Too small for sg, not a true pg, not athletic enough etc

Pretty much everyone thought he would bust

He is seriously in the reggie, ray class with his 3s. Amazing

I don't see how Stephen Curry was overhyped when he's getting 20 and 6 on a playoff team and he's the best shooter in the league...

Curry wasn't overhyped. One of my favorite players in the league.

[background=rgb(242, 246, 248)]Shot after shot before Monday night's Bulls-Lakers game at the United Center, Derrick Rose smoothly lofted high-arching attempts four feet beyond the 3-point line that fell softly through the net.[/background]

[background=rgb(242, 246, 248)]Five straight baskets represented Rose's longest streak during a 15-minute shooting session that was as meaningful or memorable as anything that happened later on the same court. Nobody charted shots but, judging from the wide eyes and big smiles of fans courtside, suffice to say Rose made more than he missed.[/background]

[background=rgb(242, 246, 248)]Rose took jab steps with his surgically repaired left knee as Bulls assistant coach Adrian Griffin guarded him. He lifted off the floor the way the NBA is used to seeing his legs lift. As one league executive remarked, Rose displayed a shooting form that looked more fluid than before his injury almost nine months ago; suggesting Rose's ACL might not have been the only thing that improved during rehabilitation.[/background]
prepare your anuses, NBA

Guarantee there is no significant jump in his percentages. Not to be a downer of course.

I'm sure there won't be. Honestly, it's probably not a good thing. Assuming he's at 100%, I'd much rather see him attack the basket... even before his injury, he was shooting way too many threes.

i too really miss DRose
like i said, about a week or 2 after he's back im ready for the playoffs

pretty much every West matchup would be gold
some potentially great eastern series too

heat/knicks, heat/bulls, bulls/knicks. sprinkle in some celtics and pacers and even a little brooklyn
