He's up there. He was never even really a go-to guy in his career playing with Bird. One of the best for sure.

He's good, but there isn't any franchise type of guys like a Anthony Davis and Kyrie Irving. Maybe not now atleast.

I'd say he's somewhere inbetween, a excellent #2 option in a few years.
