NFL Considering Playoff Expansion

The NFL is considering expanding the playoffs from its current number of 12.

"Right now we're with 12 teams obviously. We'll look at probably 14 or 16 teams," Goodell said.

A 16-team playoff would mean half of the teams in the NFL would qualify for the playoffs, making the regular season less meaningful.

Not trying to call you out or anything, but I hate when people say this. The playoffs as we know it now are great, but I'm sure there were people who complained about it when those changes were made too. I'm not saying I'm in favor of this, but I feel like people just become accustomed to what they're used to and shun opposing ideas.
