This is a gutsy move by Coach Harbaugh. What if Kapernick doesn't play that great? You give him another chance and risk the season or just go back to Smith like nothing every happened?

At worst he'll be a game manager like Smith. Higher upside, like the play here.

Plus, he's Harbaugh's guy. He drafted him, never drafted Smith.

He had one good game, how does that make him a better pro than Andy Dalton?

I have mixed feelings on this.

I think Kaepernick CAN be a good quarterback and lead an explosive ass offense. But to be fair, the Bears defense is good, but not too complex. He had a great game against them, but one game doesn't make you a great player or neither should it win you the starting job.

I feel bad for Alex because Kaepernick is getting the nod for one good game, and now he's about to play the Saints, who do not know what defense is. He's about to EAT against the Saints and be given even more praise. Then if he gets to start against the Rams, he'll be given even more praise when he goes off agains them.

It'll be good either way for the team, but Alex shouldn't have to lose his job because he got a concussion for one week...

The Saints have been playing much better on defense as of late. Still giving up yards but are not allowing teams to get into the endzone.

They've also started to really pressure the QB and have become quite opportunistic.

With that said, it's so hard to prepare for a QB that doesn't have that much professional tape out there. Coming into that game against Chicago he had only thrown 29 passes in his NFL career, and I think that had something to do with his performance. This week is no different.

Nice to see you're still the same child as always.

I come here and make 2 posts and you go fucking nuts. I did say I'd check in every once in a while, asshole. I have like 4 posts in 3 months, and "I'm back". Yeah, totally.

Anyways glad I checked back in, nice to know I'm not missing any mature sports conversations.
