twatson sucks, childress sucks, blatche is a chucker and sucked on a horrible team.
Lol Watson is one of the best backup PGs in the NBA right now. Blatche has been beasting this preseason.
The Nets easily have a top 10 bench in the NBA.

He was even better than 18 and 7 in 2009-2010, he had one bad rebounding year and everyone acts like he doesn't know how to rebound

Brook Lopez might be "soft" but he's still big as fuck. He can easily grab 7-8 boards a game.

Marshon's not gonna average 11 lol, Stack isn't even going to see the floor on most days, Evans isn't getting more than 2 ppg.

You clearly never watch the Nets. Brook is an 80% FT shooter who knows how to draw fouls and play in the post. 18 ppg is extremely reasonable. The way we run our offense he will get his touches.

Bulls will surprise with D-Rose out, playing solid fundamentals and defense.

I like the Nets to make a run at the #2 seed if they come together, a lot of talent on that team.

Knicks and Mavs as disappointments.

Guru Andray Blatche is a team cancer and if you really think he's going to do well off the bench for the Nets then good luck.

Looking at BC's ranking just makes me realize how weak the East really is.

It's probably as good as the West now.. The 8th seed 76ers (35-31) significantly improved and the Nets are going to take the Magic's place. The worst playoff team in the East is going to be a solid team this year.

Uh...the Celtics could very easily land the #2 seed in the East, as long as they don't have major injuries.

People need to stop doubting this team. Doubt them when they give you reason to, but for now, they prove again and again that, when healthy, they are a legitimate championship contender.

Yes

You must seriously overvalue Bynum if you don't think Boston's taking that division
It has little to do with the 76ers. It's the fact that the Celtics haven't been that high in the standings since 2008-2009, and it's not as if they improved.

did you say we didnt improve?

Celtics 2011 12 Man Roster

C Garnett
PF Bass
SF Pierce
SG Allen
PG Rondo
G Bradley
C Steimsma
G Dooling
F Pietrus
F Pavlovic
F Johnson
G Moore

Celtics 2012 12 Man Roster

C Garnett
PF Bass
SF Pierce
SG Lee
PG Rondo
G Bradley
C Milicic
F Sullinger
F Green
G Terry
F Joseph
C Melo

bold denotes those who returned.

So Allen, Steimsma, Dooling, Pietrus, Pavlovic, Johnson, and Moore turned into Lee, Milicic, Green, Sullinger, Green, Terry, Joseph, and Melo.

Last year, Ray averaged 14ppg, Pietrus averaged 7ppg. Nobody else gone averaged more than 5ppg.

Last year, Terry averaged 15ppg, Lee 11ppg. Green didnt play last year, and Sully is a rookie, but both look to be huge factors in the Celtics offense this season.

Celtics improved a lot more than most teams in the NBA did. And we were already one of the best teams in the league last year, and we should be even better this year. Bulls wont be better than us, so if you say Boston wasn't that good last year, you could only say that Miami and Indy will be better, which means we are a 3 seed. Thats clearly not far from a 2 seed, and I see us better than the Pacers with our improvements

Meh, if he can keep up his energy on the floor and stay out of trouble off the floor.... nobody can argue that he has the skill-set to be a contributor off of the bench.

Honestly i don't really know what to expect from the Nets (I think nobody can really be sure about that team at this point). They could either be really good, motivated to play in the new arena (in front of a lot more fans than last year, that alone could bring them a couple of W's) and Deron might wanna prove why he can be the #1 PG in the league.

Or they could be pretty bad, especially on defense. Plus literally everybody on that team just got paid, they might just go into chill mode.

It depends on WIlliams imo. If they dude lives up again to the talent that he is and steps it up defensively, I don't think a 3rd or 4th seed is that far fetched.
