Suh accused of verbal abuse after allegedly sideswiping a car

ALLEN PARK -- Detroit Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh was allegedly involved in a road rage incident early this morning, according to FOX2 News. He is accused sideswiping a car, leaving the scene of the accident, and berating the victim.
The alleged incident took place outside of the team's Allen Park facility around 6:20 a.m. Steve Vines said that Suh sideswiped him, and then acted irrationally after the alleged act.
Here is a portion of the report:

Vines was on his way into work about 6:20 a.m. Thursday when he and other drivers merged on the Rotunda ramp along the southbound Southfield. He said the driver behind him in a black Range Rover sped around him and sideswiped his car. They stopped at the light. Vines got out of his Escort and the other driver, whose taillights were damaged, started yelling.
"I look over at him and he started yelling at me, 'Trying to cut me off. Get out of the way.' And I just said, 'Really?'" he explained. "He just started yelling about getting the hell out of his way and cutting him off."
Vines said the guy left the scene of the accident. He called 911 and watched the man drive into the Lions' practice facility. Dearborn Police told Vines to meet them there, but when he arrived, he said the driver gave him another earful.
"That's when he said, 'I advise you to leave, now.' And I said, 'I'm not going anywhere. I talked to the police.' (He said), 'I don't care what they said. You need to get out of here.' And then he said, 'I'm advising you to leave, now.'"​

The Dearbon Police Department is currently investigating the incident.
This is the second time Suh has been part of criminal act with a vehicle within a year.
Suh is currently being sued for more than a million dollars for his role in a one-car auto accident in Portland, Ore. last December. The accident occurred while Suh was serving a two-game suspension for stomping on Green Bay Packers offensive lineman Evan Dietrich-Smith.
According to reports, Suh lost control of his 1970 Chevrolet coupe. According to the Portland Police Bureau spokesman, the car spun out and struck a curb, light pole, a drinking fountain and a tree.
According to the Oregonian, the lawsuit, filed by passenger Saadia Van Winkle, seeks $500,000 in non-economic damages, $4,012.05 for medical expenses, $2,500 in economic damages due to lost wages, and another $500,000 for "severe emotional distress."
