As if the Bears don't suddenly have enough problems, they now have to fret about when and if the players will rise up against their petulant, James Dean-wannabe quarterback, Jay Cutler.

Last night's sideline incident with left tackle JaMarcus Webb, which featured Cutler swearing at and bumping the much bigger Webb, has created concerns within the organization that the players could eventually turn on Cutler, for good. That's what a source with direct knowledge of the situation tells PFT.

I get him being upset but it was funny seeing him bump into Webb, like it was going to bother him or something. Webb looked like he just kind of laughed it off. He also did that little kick to Charles Woodson. It wasn't a great game for them, by any means, and that O-Line sucks, that's been well documented. Although, trying to shove them around and yelling at them like that, doesn't always make them have that "need" to block for you all of a sudden. He had Clay Matthews to try and stop, which is a tall task for most to handle. The best way should be to sit down and discuss with him, not yell and cuss at him.

I don't think they'll turn on him for this, but if he acts like this whenever they have a rough game, I could see it.
