George Karl targeting top 4 team in West this year

Nuggets head coach George Karl thinks the team has a great opportunity to finish the season as one of the top four teams in the WEstern Conference.

He could be right, when you look at the depth the team has at all five positions.

G- Ty Lawson, Andre Miller, Evan Fournier
F- Wilson Chandler, Danilo Gallinari, Andre Iguodala, Kenneth Faried
C- JaVale McGee, Timofey Mozgov, Kosta Koufos

Seems that Denver is consistently in the Top 6, but Top 4 is a stretch. Not that it can't be done. They play competitive ball under Karl.

The Clippers got a lot better this off-season too

Crawford, Grant Hill, and Lamar Odom were all really good signings and they're all probably going to come off the bench. Adding depth, which is something they didn't really have last year, is huge, especially when trying to keep Blake and CP healthy. And they got Chauncey back too, they fell off a bit when he went down.

im a fan of tje clippers roster but the nuggets have a much better coaching staff and make an argument that the nuggets have the better starting lineup.

it should be fun to see both teams play though.
