Should be Oakland.

But I see the Chargers winning unless Manning does well.

I went with Denver on the premise that Peyton will be a better QB than they've had the last few years.

This division for me is the toughest to pick. The Chiefs had a lot of devastating injuries, Broncos made the playoffs with Tebow, the Chargers underperformed, and the Raiders were a surprise with Palmer.

Im going with the Broncos because Peyton will be a huge difference maker and I cant bet against the greatest regular season QB in NFL history.

The Chiefs are the most solid team overall, and Matt Cassell is hated on for no reason. He's competent and good enough to get the job done.

The Chargers will challenge for a wild card spot

The Broncos will challenge for a wild card spot

The Raiders will be cellar dwellers

That is with Manning yes. I don't think he will do what he did with the Colts.

With Denver's defense they don't need him to be Indy Peyton, just be better than Tebow and they'll be a better team.

Both the Broncos and Chargers have pretty brutal schedules, the Chiefs might be able to take advantage of that. Still not convinced with the Chiefs though compared to a lot of people. I think the Raiders might be one of the worst teams in the NFL this year, so they are safe at 4th in the division.
