If you could pick one player from your teams history, who would it be? A player that would fill a glaring weakness on your team currently.

For the Giants, I would obviously pick Lawrence Taylor because he would fill the glaring LB hole for the team and he would provide an excellent pass rush when needed. He could cover the more athletic TE's in the league which would be great for us.

SMH I hate when people don't think.

Giants ran a 3-4 with LT. They run a 4-3 now. Taylor would be a 4-3 DE, not OLB.

As for my Patriots, I'd say Ty Law at CB. Dude is a HOF to be

I'd say Jevon Kearse from his heyday.
Earl Campbell would be the choice, but RB isn't a glaring need.

Curtis Martin easy

I'd want Wayne Chrebet back just because he was the man.

I know they ran a 3-4, but that doesnt necessarily mean I would put him as a DE. With JPP, Osi, and Tuck I wouldnt put him at DE with that amount of depth at the position. I would put him as an OLB so that I could still start JPP and Tuck.

Pass rushers aren't 4-3 OLBs.

Lawrence Taylor could play whatever the fuck he wanted.

Von Miller was rushing the passer a shit ton playing OLB in a 4-3 this year.

LT easily could play OLB, he'd be plenty athletic to man that position down.

Is it cheating if I say Steve Smith? Just to have two of him? If I can't, maybe Mushin Muhhamad - imagine his 2004 season but with Cam? Had 93/1405/16.

Maybe Julius Peppers because he's such a dominant pass rusher. It isn't a glaring need, but having him and Johnson would be pretty cool.

lolol

Both the Titans 4-3 OLB's are theoretically 3-4 rush ends (Wimbley and Ayers). You can use those guys in a similar way out of the 4-3.

Not all 4-3 systems are the same, coordinators get creative.
