For Gustavo Ayon? I'll take it, and I'll be very happy about it.You didn't know if you wanted him, now you post a happy gif? lol.
Giving a guy a lot of money through free agency, who isn't a star who will add to the win total when the Hornets should be shooting for being in the high end of the lotto again, although I'm sure they'll shoot for the 8th seed.Ryan Anderson just turned 24.
Plus we moved Gustavo who is 27. So what exactly, are you talking about?
He's a guy that's win shares were through the roof last year and the year before, rebounded at a good rate (even without Dwight on the floor), and his defense wasn't great, but it could have been a lot worse.Giving a guy a lot of money through free agency, who isn't a star who will add to the win total when the Hornets should be shooting for being in the high end of the lotto again, although I'm sure they'll shoot for the 8th seed.
He's 24, but he is what he is, a shooter who will struggle to rebound and defend. That won't change.

Ryan Anderson have two proven elite skills--3s and ORBs--and a record of helping his team's scoring margin. You can pay $36M for that.
Yeah. I've always felt he's going to grow a little more and obviously add muscle and eventually end up as a C. Maybe it's too soon, but the league doesn't really have many bullies downlow anymore. So I guess this means the Hornets (for now at least) see Anthony Davis as a center
