Not true at all. We just saw Blake sign a deal with LA. I seen no reason that Chris wont do the same next season. Fact of the matter is, it is Los Angeles. Why else do you think these big name players, when asking for trades, say places like LA and Brooklyn. They want to play with a big market team. CP is in a good spot, and will stay there.
Blake was set to be a restricted free agent, and no one coming off their rookie deal declines their first max deal, no matter what the situation is. Chris Paul has already gotten a max deal, and is unrestricted next summer.

My point is, the Clippers are now a destination where people want to play. I mean look at KMart last year. Could have signed with a handful of contenders. Ended up going to LA. Chris isn't going to leave LA to play for Atlanta. Plain and simple.

If Chris Paul's biggest goal is to really win a championship, like he says, I'm not sold that he reups with the Clippers.

A washed up Kenyon Martin signing with the Clippers does not designate them as an attractive destination. As long as Donald Sterling owns the Clippers and VDN is the coach, there is a good chance CP3 is leaving.

really though i like this deal for atlanta. i can see them trading josh though. hes just not sold on the team and this isnt helping. hopefully he could stick around for the sake of them trying to add dwight or cp3. i think that really is a possibility.

Well because Chris Paul is already going to get a big deal in the equally warm city of Los Angeles on what is already a good team. And it is inevitable that Dwight Howard is going to Brooklyn.

Other than JJ, when was the last time the Hawks signed a marquee FA?
You're blind.

How isn't this helping?

It is freeing them cap to go out and sign someone like Dwight.

its not helping because josh has already wanted out and likely wants a chance to win and not be on a team that is going to gamble on dwight.

Who said LA is equally warm as Atlanta? California is perfect temperature country. Georgia and Florida are humid as shit, hell on earth warm.

On another note, thank you Georgia for Brantley Gilbert, Jason Aldean, and Colt Ford.

He wants to be on a team that will have a star. I am sure he had some word in what happened right here.

Newest?

Since my account has been made, I have had the Hawks on my team list.

GTFO of here.
I'm about 95% sure that you just added that today.

Do we really need to talk like signing Griffin to an extension is that attractive for REAL star players like CP3? We're not even talking about a top 5 power forward, here. We're talking about a dunk machine who doesn't rebound as well as he should and doesn't even try to play defense. He can't shoot free throws or a jump shot. All signing him does is say, "here, you can lob it to this guy."

I just had to dispel that idea.

Well you also think Lowry is a top PG, so you're judgement of NBA talent is not all that great.

Do either Horford or Smoove have legitimate post games? I wonder if Atlanta can make the deal of Smoove for Gasol any more tempting for LAL.

Granted, LAL should make that trade because of Mike Brown's offense, but they won't.

I am 100% sure you're a moron for thinking that.
No, but I'm pretty sure you did add that today.
And if you didn't, I don't recall any posts by you pertaining to the Hawks other than today.
But then again, your NBA knowledge is also a joke, so I don't blame you.
