4/58 for Harden is not overpaying at all.

The Suns have expressed interest in Landry Fields should Steve Nash want to sign with the Knicks, according to sources.

Fields would be just one part of a sign-and-trade for Nash.

Fields is a restricted free agent.

The Grizzlies have offered Ray Allen the full midlevel for two years.

The Celtics are prepared to offer two years and $12 million, but have not formally presented the offer.

The Los Angeles Lakers and Orlando Magic have had preliminary contact about a possible deal for All-Star center Dwight Howard, league sources told Yahoo! Sports.

Dallas wants Deron though. they can't offer Hibbert the max and get Deron, could they?

Wouldn't trading Josh Smith for Pau Gasol defeat the purpose of what Ferry is trying to do in Atlanta?

Won't happen.

Kobe would rip Smoove's head off the first time he hoists a long 2 while he's demanding the ball on the perimeter.

Lakers interested in Nick Young + Brandon Rush, The Times has learned. Young's too pricey for Lakers' $3 mill limit, but Rush = interesting
I like Brandon Rush.

Does anybody other than me think Josh Smith might be better than Pau Gasol with the Lakers under Mike Brown's system? We're talking about a guy who can play up high and run pick and roll's and throw it down at the hoop, as well as defend the rim.

Josh Smith might not be as good as Pau Gasol, but let's not act like Pau is miles better.
