Harden isn't a franchise #1 guy but he is easily a solid #2 option on a good team.

OR We somehow get both under contract and still are able to have a nice bench :) lol
Nice thought, but probably not realistic.

The cap penalties in the new CBA are big time.

I dunno who I'd chose. I'd probably choose Ibaka though. Because quality big men are harder to come by then Scoring wing players.

It is really hard to find scoring guards as efficient as Harden.

Harden won't be as efficient going against first-teamers all game....

So does this mean Manu Ginobili is the most overrated player in NBA history, because he wasn't going against first-teamers all game?

Efficient is efficient, he's not going to suddenly become a poor shooter or finisher around the rim.

I really hope Miami gets through this series. I know I don't want to see a Boston-OKC matchup.

Me too. I picked OKC to come out of the West and the Heat from the East so we'll see.

When the Heat walked off the floor following their Game 5 loss to the Celtics, a young boy repeated shouted "Good job! Good effort!", which was picked up by ESPN's microphones.

The video went viral via YouTube and Twitter in the hours to follow.

The Miami Herald found the boy, a nine-year-old from Coral Gables named Jack Meyer.

"For those people who thought I was being sarcastic, you're wrong," Meyer said on Wednesday. "I was being enthusiastic. I was saying the truth. I would never hurt the Heat's feelings like that."

The loss put Miami on the verge of elimination.

"Based on their expressions, they didn't seem happy being beaten by four points. I wanted to cheer them up," he said. "I really meant it."

Meyer appears to be an eternal Heat optimist.

"The Miami Heat are real winners. It doesn't matter if they win or lose. In my heart they win every single game," Meyer said. "In my heart, every year they get the championship."

Thunder are the first team from the west since the Jordan era to reach the finals not named Lakers, Spurs or Mavs... and they beat all three of those teams on the way.

Holy shit, been those 3 teams since 98-99.
That's kind of crazy to think about.

In his seven career starts Harden has shot like 38.5%, obviously a real small sample but oh we'll.
